SESSION OPTIONS

 Digital file downloads of the final images from your session ARE included in all of the session options below, along with a print release for up to 8x10 size.

Half of your session fee is due upon booking.  The other half is due at the time of the session. 

MATERNITY SESSION – $150

• 30 minute pre-session consultation to plan the details of your session (via phone, email, or over a good cup of coffee)
• Half an hour session at a location of your choice in Columbus, Ohio area
• 20-30 retouched final images
• Online image gallery
• Digital download of your final images
• Print release for up to 8x10 size (You are welcome to use your photos to make prints, photo cards, photo books, and other personal products not intended for resale.)

TRADITIONAL NEWBORN SESSION (with newborn props and styling) – $400

• 30 minute pre-session consultation prior to the birth of your child to plan details, logistics, props, and chat through ideas for the session (via phone, email, or over lattes).  Newborn sessions are photographed within two weeks of birth.
• Photos of your baby staged and styled with newborn props.
• Sessions usually last between 2-4 hours.  I allow this length of time to keep the session relaxed and peaceful.  Getting little ones to sleep for their portraits is essential to get this type of photograph.  It's completely normal to simply have to pause for twenty minutes to feed or quiet your baby, and I want you and your little one to feel relaxed and un-rushed.
• Lifestyle photos of you, your baby, and your husband and other children if they are present.  These tend to happen organically while we work to get your baby to sleep.
• 60-100 retouched final images
• Online image gallery
• Digital download of your final images
• Print release for up to 8x10 size (You are welcome to use your photos to make prints, photo cards, photo books, and other personal products not intended for resale.)

LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSION – $250

• 30 minute pre-session consultation prior to the birth of your child to plan details, logistics, session location, outfits, and chat through ideas for the session (via phone, email, or over lattes).
• One hour session
• Lifestyle sessions are frequently photographed in the comfort of my clients' homes.  Sessions can also be scheduled outdoors if the weather permits, and if you are comfortable with taking your little one outdoors for the hour long session.
• Lifestyle newborn sessions can be photographed at any time, but if you would like to capture your little one at their very tiniest stage I would encourage you to schedule the session within the first two - four weeks of birth.  Lifestyle sessions do NOT include styling and staging with newborn props.  Your child will be photographed in your arms and in the natural surroundings within your home or the session location of your choosing.  They will be photographed asleep or awake - whichever they happen to be during the hour long session.
• Photographs of your child with you, your husband, and other children (if they are present) in a relaxed and casual atmosphere that is focused on capturing the real, beautiful moments of your every day life is the emphasis of lifestyle newborn sessions.
• 60-100 retouched final images

MATERNITY SESSION + TRADITIONAL NEWBORN SESSION COLLECTION – $600

• 30 minute pre-session consultation to plan the details of your maternity session (via phone, email, or over a good cup of coffee)
• Half an hour maternity session at a location of your choice
• 20-30 retouched final maternity images
• Online image gallery
• Digital download of your final images
• Print release for up to 8x10 size (You are welcome to use your photos to make prints, photo cards, photo books, and other personal products not intended for resale.)

BIRTH STORIES – $75 per hour

• Digital file download of full gallery of final images included in per hour rate along with a print release for up to 8x10 size.
• Coverage begins upon my arrival to your hospital room, and ends when you are ready to have me leave after your child's birth.  Coverage is calculated every quarter hour.

Bringing another life into the world has to be one of the most incredible things you will do in your lifetime.  It is nothing short of miraculous and awe-inspiring.  I would be so honored to be invited into such a significant, intimate, and transformative moment in your life.  While your birth experience is quite possibly going to be one of the most beautiful moments of your life, it will also likely be one of your most excruciatingly difficult and physically painful life experiences.  Inviting me in to photograph such a unique moment of pain and joy is not an honor I take lightly.  I promise to photograph these moments with the discretion, sensitivity, and authenticity that I would want if I were in your shoes.  Prior to your baby's arrival, we will go over the specifics of what you have in mind for the documentation of your birth story.  I respect that these are incredibly intimate and vulnerable moments, and none of your birth photos will be shared on social media or on my blog without receiving your express permission in advance.
